Overview
We are seeking a Full time dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and administrative skills, making it essential for the candidate to be well-versed in dental procedures.

Duties

- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
- Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Maintain patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting treatment plans using Abeldent dental software
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area according to infection control protocols
- Stay current with medical terminology and advancements in dental technology.

Qualifications





- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with Abeldent dental software is an added bonus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent training is highly desirable.

Pay: $19.67-$30.96 per hour
