CASMAN, a trusted home builder, is looking for a skilled and experienced Residential Site Superintendent to join our team for the Jasper Rebuild.

As a Casman Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction of custom residential homes, with a focus on safety, schedules, project scope, budgets, and quality. You will play a key role in ensuring the overall success of our projects while building strong relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members. Experience in custom home construction and a commitment to quality craftsmanship are important to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- 2–4 years of post-secondary education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a Journeyman Carpentry Certificate
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent
- Experience in custom home building
- Carpentry experience is preferred
- Commercial construction experience is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of residential construction from initial stakeout through project completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and construction activities
- Ensure homes are completed on time, within budget, and according to project scope and specifications
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality control standards are consistently met




- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with building partners, team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners
- Identify and address issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain schedules
- Maintain a safe job site and ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety legislation and the established Casman HSE program
- Complete daily Project Hazard Assessments
- Participate in scheduled site safety meetings
- Participate in and, on occasion, lead site safety inspections
- Assist with incident investigations, review findings, and support the implementation of effective corrective actions to mitigate reoccurrence
