Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a Steel Stud Framer (Commercial) and play a vital role in bringing large-scale building projects to life! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework using steel studs, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of commercial buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills in commercial framing and construction.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately assemble steel stud frameworks
- Measure, cut, and install steel studs and tracks with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed to support structural integrity
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning steel components
- Collaborate with team members to ensure framing aligns with project specifications and safety standards
- Support restoration projects by replacing or repairing existing framing structures
- Maintain a clean work workplace,



organize tools, and adhere to all safety protocols throughout each project phase

Skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to steel framing
- Experience with construction tasks such as concrete forming, concrete finishing, siding, and woodworking
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Strong understanding of carpentry principles and heavy lifting techniques for safe handling of materials
- Ability to interpret technical instructions related to schematics and construction plans
- Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to steel framing, heavy equipment operation, and general construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in restoration and commercial framing
- Should have experience in steel stud framing in Towers and commercials
- Pay can be discussed at the the time of the interview.
