Overview
Farmboys Oilfield Services is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to oversee and enhance safety protocols within our swab, rod, dewax/slickline and hot oiling divisions. This role is vital in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, complying with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of industry safety standards, and experience in training and development to foster a culture of safety excellence. Duties

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies aligned with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular field safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide ongoing safety training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with management to integrate safety considerations into operational processes.




- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership.
- Stay current with evolving safety laws, standards, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness through communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensuring data entry for safety and fleet records.
- Ensuring the preparation and tracking of all safety and fleet statistics for various databases, documents, manuals, spreadsheets and annual audits are being maintained and managed accordingly.

Experience

- Safety experience is an asset.
- Understanding of OH&S; regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence positive behavioral change among employees.
- Valid class 5 Licence

Pay: $84,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
