While 2–5 years of residential leasing or property management experience is preferred, we believe attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are just as important. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first impression of our communities—helping prospective residents find their next home while providing exceptional service from their first inquiry through move-in.

What You'll Do

- Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional tours of available apartments.
- Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and online rental platforms.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Prepare and complete lease agreements and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and occupancy trends.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Coordinate with maintenance and site teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
- Meet leasing goals while maintaining high occupancy across the portfolio.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and retention programs.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of residential leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience is preferred.
- We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism,



and a solid desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport and close rentals.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
