Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting an experienced Shipper/Receiver for one of our valued clients—a respected Canadian distributor supporting municipal infrastructure, water systems, construction projects, and essential community services.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Full-Time Day Shift

What You'll Be Doing

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
- Assist customers with pickups while providing excellent customer service
- Process shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Organize products within the warehouse and yard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
- Support other warehouse operations as required

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Valid forklift certification
- Experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
- Strong inventory control and order fulfillment experience




- Comfortable using inventory systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

- Frequent heavy lifting
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Able to work in varying weather conditions when required
