What are the duties to perform:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in the assigned kitchen section
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Manage the daily operations of a designated station (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, garde manger)
- Monitor inventory levels, minimize food waste, and report stock shortages to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
- Supervise, train, and support Line cook and other junior kitchen team member
- Alforno Bakery & Cafe is a special place for food, bread, pastry, and coffee lovers passionate about creating a bigger meaning and culture behind the Alforno brand

A valid Food Safety Certificate is required to ensure safety and quality standards
