Our Trinity Hills physiotherapy and massage therapy clinic is looking for a friendly, responsible and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator / Clinic Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy setting, and takes pride in helping to create an exceptional experience for both our patients and our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have:

- A Medical Office Assistant (MOA) certificate or a background in Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a busy healthcare setting, such as a physiotherapy, medical, chiropractic or multidisciplinary clinic
- A warm, welcoming and professional demeanour
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient service, both in person and over the phone
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with administrative staff, physiotherapists and massage therapists
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as Microsoft Teams and EMR systems
- Experience with direct billing to private health insurance providers such as Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife and others is an asset

Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming patients and providing friendly,



professional front-desk support
- Answering phones and assisting patients with booking and scheduling
- Processing payments and assisting with insurance/direct billing
- Supporting physiotherapists and other members of the clinical team
- Preparing and cleaning treatment areas between patients
- Laundry and other tasks required to keep the clinic organized and running smoothly
- Assisting with patient care and clinic activities as appropriate
- Working collaboratively with the entire clinic team to create a welcoming, efficient and positive environment for our patients

Specific Details:

Hours:

- Tuesday and Thursday 2:30 - 7:30 (or close), potential to add Mondays and Wednesdays as clinic volume increases
- Friday 8am - 4 or 5pm (depending on closing)
- One to three Saturday shifts per month (8am - 1pm)
- Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 based on experience
- Start date: as soon as possible

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
