Responsibilities

- Deliver professional hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening carefully, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Assist with retail sales by recommending hair care products and upselling where appropriate
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions
- Communicate clearly with clients about styling options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Support team efforts by maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative work workplace

Experience





- Previous experience in BARBERSHOP is required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and build rapport with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail
