Rom's Landscaping is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Labourer to join our crew for a full-time position based in Calgary.

Whether you’re recent to the industry or have up to 2 years of experience, we’re happy to train the right person and help you build solid skills in commercial landscaping.

What You’ll Do:

- Follow direction from the foreman and supervisors
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Assist with general landscaping tasks as projects progress
- Adapt to different types of work throughout the season

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Show up on time, ready to work every day

Experience (asset but not required):

- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Ability to grade loam
- Measuring and laying sod

What We Offer:

- $20–$25/hour, based on experience
- Full-time, consistent work
- Hands-on training and skill development

Schedule:

- Typical days: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with breaks and lunch)
- Most weeks: 6 days/week (shorter Saturdays)




- Optional Sundays available
- Occasional 7-day weeks to complete contracts
