Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring timely service for all guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Assist with cleaning duties and sanitation practices to uphold a safe dining environment.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of the food industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for productive order processing and cashiering.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables while maintaining quality service.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and making change
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Hospitality-minded attitude focused on creating welcoming environments for all guests.
