Sparkle Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors. Because this role operates with minimal day-to-day supervision, we're looking for someone who is already competent and can hit the ground running with little training.

Duties

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or carpet cleaners as needed
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning activities
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of the premises

Qualifications





- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience (1 year minimum) required — candidates should be able to work independently from day one with minimal training
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between sites
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude toward work responsibilities

Pay: $15.16-$27.03 per hour
