KB Heating, Plumbing & Air Conditioning is looking to hire a Commercial Foreman to lead mechanical crews on commercial and institutional projects in Lethbridge and Southern Alberta. This is a field leadership role for someone who can organize crews, coordinate work, read drawings, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

· Commercial or institutional mechanical experience.

Role Overview

· Supervise and support field crews on commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical projects

· Coordinate daily site activities with project managers, general contractors, consultants, and sub-trades





· Read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and site instructions

· Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and day-to-day work sequencing

· Monitor progress, identify issues early, and help keep work on schedule

· Maintain safe work practices, quality standards, and clean, organized job sites

· Mentor apprentices and support a positive, productive crew environment

As a Commercial Foreman, you will be responsible for helping lead the work in the field, coordinating with the project team, and making sure installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the standard expected by KB Heating.

We are looking for someone who can balance hands-on trade knowledge with leadership, planning, and communication. This is a key field leadership position with steady, long-term opportunity in a well-established local company.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a strong trade background, practical jobsite leadership, and the ability to keep work organized from layout through completion.

· Journeyman certification in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or a related mechanical trade is preferred

· Experience leading crews on commercial or institutional projects

· Strong ability to read drawings, coordinate layout, and understand project specifications

· Good planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

· A commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship





· Professional communication with coworkers, customers, consultants, and site supervision

· A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

· A positive attitude and willingness to support apprentices and coworkers
