- Assist with reconciling and reporting daily posting activity, making corrections as necessary
- Report occupancy levels and other daily forecast statistics
- Run end of day process in Opera Cloud
Requirements
- Red Seal Certification
- Food Safe Level 1
- 3-4 years experience in high calibre hotel kitchen
- Ability to work in hot and cold kitchens
- Have the ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Can move, lift carry, push and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Can demonstrate patience in all interactions and can make meaningful connections
- Enjoy working in a respectful, positive, team-oriented environment
