Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key part of building a strong community in the facility. You’ll actively connect with leads, give fun and informative facility tours, and help current members start their fitness journey with confidence. You’ll also assist our current members by providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the facility
- Respond to membership inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person outreach
- Conduct engaging facility tours and highlight programs that suit each person’s goals
- Assist members with check-ins, account questions, and appointment bookings
- Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to help the club meet monthly membership goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk atmosphere




- Work as part of a collaborative, energetic team that celebrates wins together
- Champion Shapes’ values by promoting positivity, empowerment, and member success

What We’re Looking For:

- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fitness and inspiring others
- Weekend and evening availability is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
