Community Outreach Coordinator
BACKGROUND:
We are a well-established Brain Health Centre located in North Vancouver. We have an opening for one full-time Community Outreach Coordinator position. All training will be provided on the job.

We are currently seeking an experienced Community Outreach Coordinator to support medical professionals at our medical facility. The successful candidate will have experience assisting in the intake and administration of clients. An ability to work independently and follow instructions is a must for this position and all candidates must be capable of handling difficult situations with a positive attitude and composure.
Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors' offices, walk-in clinics, psychiatrists’ offices, psychologists, communities, schools, etc., across Metro Vancouver.
- Introduce Elumind services clearly: Therapeutic Assessment, QEEG Brain Map, Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, PBM, TMS etc.
- Explain how our clinic reduces doctors’ workload and improves patient outcomes.
- Obtain key contact info and identify the best referral workflow for each clinic.
- Follow up regularly with each clinic (bi-weekly or monthly).
- Track all clinic interactions in the Electronic Medical Record Platform.
- Establish communication loops between Elumind and related communities.
- Ensure clinics and communities understand who qualifies for referral and how the process works.
- Promote our doctors’ events and invite physicians to attend.
- Promote our webinars and seminars to community members.
- Share printed materials about treatment pathways and clinical evidence.
- Monitor referral numbers weekly.
- Identify which clinics are growing, plateauing, or inactive.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and programs.
- Re-activate silent clinics through targeted follow-up.
- Work with the client care team to track referred clients’ progress.
- Report weekly to the marketing director on outreach activities, challenges, and wins.
- Ensure all materials used in outreach are updated and consistent.
- Attend local professional meetups, medical events, and community tables.
- Represent the Elumind brand professionally and confidently.
- Create visibility and trust within key healthcare communities.
- Identify community groups actively dealing with mental health conditions.
- Establish referral pathways tailored to each organization’s workflow.
- Offer ongoing support, updates, and educational materials.
- Represent Elumind at mental health fairs, cultural events, health days, and community gatherings.
- Build a positive presence in Metro Vancouver and surrounding communities.
- Any other general medical office duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications to apply:
· Experience in community outreach, social services, healthcare, or nonprofit environments
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable with field-based work and frequent face-to-face meetings
· Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage diverse communities
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple locations
· A Psychology degree is an asset.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience working in settings that provide any of the following:
