Join Our Growing Operations Team

Eco-Pro Services is expanding, and we're looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to help support our growing transportation and field operations.

This position is ideal for someone with dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience who enjoys solving problems, coordinating moving pieces, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with our Logistics Manager and Operations team, you'll provide weekend operational support while assisting with weekday overflow and ensuring our customers continue to receive the high level of service Eco-Pro is known for.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate and dispatch bulk propane deliveries.
- Assist with route planning and daily schedule optimization.
- Support drivers with operational questions and problem resolution.
- Coordinate customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Monitor fleet utilization and communicate operational updates.
- Assist with inventory allocations and delivery priorities.
- Respond to changing operational conditions while maintaining service levels.
- Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure smooth handoffs between weekday and weekend operations.
- Provide occasional after-hours support when operationally required.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and operational documentation.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has





- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Hours of Service regulations.
- Familiarity with Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and WHMIS requirements.
- Good geographical knowledge of Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn transportation software quickly.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while making sound decisions.
