Infinity Management Inc. is a dynamic, locally owned company operating across several creative and service-based divisions, including Infinity Events & Décor, Wandering Blooms, The Avenue Room, Peaks + Prairies and Blackthorn Jewels.

We are seeking an organized, creative and detail-oriented Part time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing, sales and creative teams. This hands-on position combines digital marketing, content creation, administrative support and the preparation of physical marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete general website maintenance and draft website updates
- Manage the company anniversary program, including client outreach, preparation and distribution
- Create and complete Cricut projects and signage
- Coordinate signage and marketing-material pickups when required
- Organize, track and maintain marketing materials
- Prepare displays, materials and supplies for tradeshows
- Organize and maintain cameras, photography equipment and external hard drives
- Take detailed notes during sales and marketing meetings
- Take product photographs using a lightbox
- Edit and prepare product photos for websites and marketing materials
- Complete photo editing using Adobe products
- Write and edit website copy, product descriptions, captions and other promotional content
- Schedule social media content across company platforms
- Assist with other marketing projects and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written communication, spelling and proofreading abilities
- Creative,



detail-oriented and able to follow brand standards
- Experience with social media scheduling and content management
- Experience with Adobe photo-editing products
- Comfortable using cameras, lightboxes and digital file-storage systems
- Experience using Cricut machines and design software
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Shopify knowledge is considered an asset
- Canva, photography, event or tradeshow experience is considered an asset
- Previous marketing, communications or administrative experience is preferred

Position Requirements

- Availability for approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required for events and tradeshows
- Must have reliable transportation for occasional pickups and travel between business locations
- Must be comfortable completing both computer-based and hands-on creative tasks
