Hightop Pizza at Rewind Beer Co is looking to hire detail-oriented, energetic people to help execute our Detroit-style pizza menu, along with other baked and cold food items. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all menu items to quality standards, following food safety and sanitation procedures, opening/closing the kitchen, and taking/processing orders.

As the ideal candidate:

- You have previous experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- You work well both alone and with a team.
- You are detail oriented and have excellent time management skills.
- You show up with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- You are able to adapt and quickly respond to changing operational requirements.
- You are Foodsafe certified.
- Able to work some morning prep shifts

This is a part time position of 1-4 shifts per week; mornings,



evenings and weekends.

Kitchen staff have full and equal participation in the tip pool with front of house.
