Scharringa Greenhouses is hiring a Greenhouse Repairs and Maintenance Technician to maintain greenhouse structures, equipment, and systems.

Key Duties:

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on structures, irrigation, heating, cooling, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Work with battery operated vehicles
- Conduct preventative maintenance and keep accurate repair records on vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements:

- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (greenhouse or agricultural background preferred).
- Skilled with hand and power tools; physically fit for lifting, climbing, and diverse temperatures.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork ability.
- AZ or DZ license is an asset for delivering during busy shipping season.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in machinery, climate control, irrigation, welding, or fabrication.
