Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit BOL's and reports using the Axon software we utilize.
- Manage and track orders for clients, and reconciling discrepancies through analysis.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve any inconsistencies swiftly.
- Maintain meticulous data entry records for all billing transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.




- Collaborate with internal teams on continuous changes - adhering to customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with similar software to Axon is an asset - but not required (extensive training will be provided).
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills necessary for account analysis and calculations.
- Familiarity with the freight industry is a major plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
