I'm a man in my 40s with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), hiring an attendant to support my life at home under the independent living (IL) philosophy - not institutional or clinical care. This role has less built-in structure than agency work and suits someone who's organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented. If you learn quickly, communicate clearly, and bring patience and a friendly, easygoing attitude alongside structure and precision, this could be the role for you!

- Activities of daily living (meal prep, support with eating, light housekeeping, etc.)

- Clearly understands and follows verbal instructions and communicates clearly in return
