Duties

- Preparing dough, batters, fillings, and icings.
- Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Baking cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked products.
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality.
- Checking product quality, freshness, and appearance.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations.




- Packaging and displaying baked goods for sale.
- Working early mornings between 6:00-15:00

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery work is highly desirable
- Restaurant or food industry experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations and customer service
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, baking, and food handling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
