Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and assemble a variety of breakfast dishes and sandwiches with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service that enhances their dining experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality or speed
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures,



including proper storage, sanitation, and temperature controls
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels need replenishing

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in breakfast or sandwich preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving, food safety, and hospitality practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace while maintaining a positive attitude
