Haleson is a distributor and manufacturer of food and pharmaceutical process equipment.

We have a modest workshop that is continuously growing. It is a workplace where you can develop personally, as you will not be limited by an assembly line. You will complete projects from start to finish.

We manufacture custom stainless steel products made to order for our clients operating in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

We also work on larger projects such as pump carts, complete systems, and tank modifications.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to calculate the manufacturing cost of custom products, based on a formal 2D or 3D dimensional drawing.
- Perform all cutting, grinding, and drilling work to prepare custom products, using milling machines, lathes, and other equipment.
- TIG and MIG fusion welding.
- Polish the interior and exterior to achieve a surface finish that meets industry standards.
- Clean custom products once completed (may include passivation for the pharmaceutical industry).




- Read and interpret drawings in order to work on larger projects and systems.
- Assemble pumps and mixers with electric motors. Training provided.
- Hydraulic crimping of hoses. Pressure testing of hoses. Training provided.
- Keep the workshop clean and organized.
- Work in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

- Welding training/diploma (not required but considered an asset).
- Experience in a fabrication workshop with various machinery (milling machine, lathe, etc.).
