Employment Type: Hourly Full-time

The Customer Service Attendant is responsible for delivering superior customer service. This may include, but is not limited to, passenger check in, cargo acceptance and handling, ground handling and fuelling.

What you'll do

- Ensure consistent and superior customer service by maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Conduct passenger check-ins for all charter and scheduled flights at the related terminal or base.
- Process and track baggage, freight and cargo, including dangerous goods, according to Company procedures.
- Handle ground services duties including marshalling, loading and unloading aircraft, de-icing, operating ground vehicles and equipment, grooming and detailing aircraft, etc.
- Accept fueling deliveries and deliver fuel into plane, fuel drums, etc.
- Perform other duties as required, which may include custodian duties.

What you'll bring

- High school diploma with 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- Experience and training in aviation is an asset
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Class 5 driver’s license
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and policies to ensure safe operations

What you'll get

The rate of pay for this role starts at $19.47 per hour. In addition, successful candidates will also receive a $3.00 per hour northern retention incentive payment.
