Duo Dental is looking for an experienced and highly personable Treatment Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator.
We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients and can take ownership of treatment follow-up from diagnosis to scheduling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presenting and explaining treatment plans
- Discussing fees, insurance and financial options
- Following up on unscheduled treatment
- Scheduling accepted treatment
- Coordinating larger cases including implants, crowns and clear aligners
- Maintaining excellent communication and follow-up with patients
- Creating a warm, professional patient experience
Dental experience is required. CDA certification and clinical experience are a strong asset.
Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
