JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the CEO, the Strategic Project Lead is a high-impact, cross-functional strategic role responsible for driving business growth while supporting operational initiatives across Stitch It. This position combines sales, operational support, project management, and cross-functional leadership to help expand the Company's commercial presence, improve operational effectiveness, and execute key strategic initiatives.

The main responsibility is to identify and develop current revenue opportunities across both B2B and B2C channels, strengthen relationships with existing partners, support operational improvements, and collaborate closely with multiple departments to deliver projects that contribute to the Company's long-term growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Projects & Business Growth

- Lead and support cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and overall organizational performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, workflows, and operational efficiencies across the organization.

- Partner with leadership to plan, coordinate, and implement strategic projects, pilots, and business improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate initiatives involving Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service, and Store Teams.

- Prepare business analyses, project updates, executive presentations, recommendations, and implementation plans.

- Support organizational initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, operational scalability, and long-term business success.

Commercial Growth & Partnerships

- Identify, develop, and support strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities that contribute to the Company's growth objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, retailers, commercial organizations, and other strategic stakeholders.

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking,



referrals, relationship building, and strategic outreach.

- Expand existing customer relationships by identifying additional service opportunities.

- Develop strategies to increase B2C sales through partnerships, promotions, and customer acquisition initiatives.

- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate opportunity tracking.

- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, presentations, business cases, and client recommendations.

- Negotiate commercial opportunities within approved authority levels.

- Represent Stitch It at networking events, client meetings, trade shows, industry functions, and community events.

Operational Support

- Support operational initiatives that improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Assist with process documentation, workflow improvements, and implementation of best practices.

- Participate in business reviews and operational planning sessions.

- Support store operations and field teams as required.

- Provide recommendations to improve operational consistency across locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in business development, strategic sales, account management, operations, project management, or a combination thereof.

- Previous experience in the retail industry is highly desirable, particularly within apparel, fashion, garment services, dry cleaning, alterations, or other customer-focused service businesses.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software.

- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Ontario and occasional travel outside Ontario.

- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation where required.
