We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to provide temporary and on-call maintenance support across multiple buildings in downtown Victoria.

This is a great chance for someone who enjoys practical, physical work and wants flexible, as-needed hours.

What You’ll Do

- Complete basic building maintenance and minor repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
- Move supplies, equipment and materials around buildings
- Assist with building projects and general upkeep
- Help keep common areas, storage areas and building spaces safe and well maintained
- Travel between multiple downtown Victoria locations as needed

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position. You should be comfortable with:

- Lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.




- Repeated bending, reaching, kneeling and crouching
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Going up and down stairs
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Performing hands-on tasks throughout the workday
