Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Manager/ Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient counseling and education on medications, health conditions, and over-the-counter products
- Maintain compliance with provincial/federal pharmacy regulations and guidelines
- Oversee inventory management and ensure appropriate stock levels
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes




- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy assistants and technicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Proficient in pharmacy management systems and basic computer applications
