Norden Windows and Doors Ltd. is a rapid‑growing vinyl window and patio door manufacturing company located in Surrey, BC. We are expanding our residential sales team and seeking motivated representatives for the following regions:

- North Vancouver
- West Vancouver
- Langley

Position Overview

As a Residential Sales Representative, you will promote Norden’s products to homeowners and builders. You will meet prospective clients at our showroom, their offices, job sites, home shows, and through field canvassing. You will also receive qualified leads from new building permit listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell vinyl windows and patio doors
- Meet clients at showrooms, job sites, offices, and home shows
- Generate leads through cold calling and neighbourhood canvassing
- Follow up on company‑provided leads
- Perform take‑offs and measurements
- Prepare quotations and close sales
- Ensure compliance with building code requirements




- Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience related to windows and patio doors
- Window/Door sales experience required
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Ability to measure rough openings
- Understanding of building code requirements for windows/doors
- Must own a reliable vehicle with a valid BC driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented
