Duties

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions
- Support team management by mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure food safety and handling procedures are strictly followed in compliance with health regulations
- Oversee cash handling processes and operate POS systems to ensure accurate transactions
- Coordinate food service activities, including kitchen operations and food presentation, to maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with inventory management, answering emails,



and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment with strong leadership skills
- Food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and conduct interviews for new hires as necessary
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling practices, and hospitality best practices
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities

Pay: $23.50-$25.50 per hour
