Position Overview:

- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience rooted in authenticity and expert product knowledge
- Support daily operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness




- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, heritage, and craftsmanship to educate and engage customers
- Consistently demonstrate attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Work collaboratively with the team to exceed sales goals and uphold brand standards

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail or customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized experiences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with diverse customers
- Passion for Western lifestyle, fashion, or heritage brands, with a keen sense of style
- Highly motivated, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and receiving feedback for growth
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Full availability for scheduled shifts and any mandatory training
