Location: Infusion Play – Victoria, BC

Infusion Play is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Entertainment Customer Service Host to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with people, creating fun experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Host interactive games, VR experiences, and entertainment activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Assist with digital marketing, including social media content and online marketing campaigns
- Perform general cleaning and help maintain a clean, protected, and organized facility
- Assist with daily store operations and complete other duties as required

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
- Eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative




- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Position Details

- Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Opportunity to become full-time after the probation period—or even sooner—based on performance
