Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays required) – (5 days a week)
Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our new clinic in Aspen, Calgary (T3H 0N6), ideally someone who lives locally and values being part of their community.

About the Role:
As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll guide patients through their sleep therapy journey from start to success:
- Empower Better Sleep: Set up and explain home sleep tests to patients in a clear,
approachable way.
- Review Results Together: Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps
- Start the Journey: Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy
- Support Every Step: Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments
- Educate & Motivate: Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment
- Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, kind, and patient-focused — someone who enjoys coaching and education, not just clinical tasks. You have:
- A current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (or RPSGT / CPSGT)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to commute to Aspen in Calgary (T3H 0N6) on a daily basis
- Flexibility for split days off (Days off would be: Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday based on clinic schedule)
- Availability to work all Saturdays
- Ability to commute conveniently to the clinic and work on-site in Calgary, T3H 0N6
- Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada (no work sponsorship required)
