Automha Americas is the North American division of The Automha Group. The Automha Group is a worldwide leader in cart-based automation, primarily supporting the distribution and manufacturing sectors.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the PM will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering the Automha Automation portion of the project.

The Role will consist of the following:

- Review project documents to confirm and define project scope and objectives once projects have been secured

- Predict resources needed to reach goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

- Prepare budgets based on the size of work and resource requirements

- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

- Track project costs against project budgets

- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

- Coordinate with internal project team members and external parties to ensure that project objectives are understood, aligned and that project milestones are being achieved according to the schedule and the budget.

- Manage and review contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.





- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to schedule and budget as early as possible.

- Measure project performance over numerous projects to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

- 5-8 years of project management and related experience

- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification preferred

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project

- Experience seeing projects through the entire life cycle

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

- Clean driving record

- Have/be able to obtain a valid passport

- Must be able to travel as required within North America

- This is a full-time position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,044.00-$100,339.00 per year
