Essential Job Functions

- Lead, manage, and ensure accountability for the Clinical Leadership Team, providing strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting staff development, engagement, and retention
- Program Management: oversee planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices, community needs, and funder expectations.
- Contribute to strategic priorities, performance monitoring, and fiscal sustainability
- Privacy Officer: ensure compliance with privacy legislation through policy development, training, risk assessments, audits, and response to privacy inquiries and investigations
- Client and Family Advisory: engage clients, families, and individuals with lived experience in service planning and evaluation,




- Strengthen community and system partnerships to enhance service experiences
- Client Safety and Satisfaction: promote client safety, recovery, and well-being through evidence-informed practice, quality improvement, and monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure accessible and equitable services
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director

Essential Job Requirements

- Masters degree in Social Work, Nursing or allied profession, or other relevant area of study
- Registration with a regulatory body in good standing and adheres to all standards of practice as per the College is required
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the community mental health and addictions program field
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives and project management
- Knowledge of the special needs of persons with psychiatric disabilities, concurrent disorders and other comorbidities
- Certified in the following safety courses: Crisis Intervention (i.e. NVCI, Safety Care, CPI or Secure Management), Standard First Aid – CPR C - AED, and Suicide Prevention (ASIST)
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening (Police Check)
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Current valid Class ‘G’ driver’s license
- Personal cell phone for business use
- Bilingualism, particularly proficiency in French,
