Position: Registered Nurse
Looking for flexibility, growth opportunities, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care? Carecor Health Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to support individuals with complex medical needs in the Greater Toronto Area.
As a Registered Nurse with Carecor, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care, including health assessments, medication administration, clinical care planning, and specialized support such as tracheostomy and ventilator care. Working in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), Carecor Standards of Practice, and client policies, you will help promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of those in your care. This is a casual position offering flexible scheduling based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered nursing care and perform health assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident health status.
- Provide hands-on care for clients with tracheostomies and ventilators, including airway management and monitoring equipment.
- Support technology-dependent clients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutrition.
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and support staff to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of residents.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications:

- Current unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of acute care and/or community nursing experience preferred
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care, airway management/suctioning, medication administration, and clinical documentation
- Experience supporting technology-dependent clients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily living activities
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Experience supporting individuals with complex medical needs and/or developmental disabilities is an asset
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, professionalism, and safety standards
