Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of auto body repair experience (Required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, kneel, bend, and squat as needed
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Valuable vision (close, distance, color, and depth perception)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset




- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

- Perform high-quality Auto Body Rpair
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
