Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of machines with the ability to perform finishing detail excavation & production based grading
Duties
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment to excavate to final grade
- Understand grade stake cut/fills and geodetic elevations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain equipment by performing daily inspections , maintenance and minor repairs.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation, particularly with final grade
- Experience in commercial projects is preferred.
- Ability to operate graders and loaders efficiently in various conditions.
- Positive attitude and prompt attendance
- Robust communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members on-site.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices in all operations.

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour

Experience:
- Excavator: 3 years (preferred)
- Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (preferred)
