Overview
We are seeking a Fabricator/Welder to add to the team. A suitable candidate needs to have the following qualities:

-Work OT when needed (hours may change quickly without notice)

-Diligent about showing up 10 min before start time to brief about the day.

-Well rounded work experience in the welding trade with previous fabrication experience

-Detailed about their work

-Use of various fabrication hand/power tools to create accurate end products

- Has experience thinking their way through a job - problem solving with creativity

-CWB certs FCAW/MCAW, SMAW (at least flat and horizontal)

-TIG aluminum experience is an asset

-Experience with fundamental fab equipment (laser table, press brake, iron worker) is an asset

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards.
- Interpret blueprints to determine specifications for fabrication and welding tasks.
- Operate crane, telehandler, forklift safely to transport materials and finished products.
- Attention to detail and being particular is essential
- Perform plasma cutting and welding processes - MIG, FCAW, MCAW, SMAW, TIG
- Rig materials for safe handling during the fabrication process.
- Maintain equipment, power tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

- Cowley, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
