Primary Responsibilities

- Assist with food-production workflow as assigned
- Weigh and portion finished products
- Seal packaged products
- Apply labels and date coding accurately
- Inspect packaged products for correct weight, seal and label
- Organize finished products
- Stock packaging supplies
- Maintain cooler/freezer and production organization
- Wash dishes, utensils, containers, pots and production equipment
- Clean and sanitize food-contact surfaces
- Sweep and mop production areas
- Remove garbage/recycling and maintain waste areas
- Complete inventory counts as assigned
- Complete basic production/closing reports
- Perform end-of-day cleaning and sanitation
- Complete closing procedures

- Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen/food-manufacturing environment

- Able to stand, bend, reach and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- Willing and able to perform substantial cleaning and dishwashing
