Responsibilities
● Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
● Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen,
and work areas clean and organized
● Assist kitchen staff with maintaining a clean and sanitary work setting
● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
● Dispose of garbage and recycling as required
● Work as part of a team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service periods
