Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing team member to join our window blind manufacturing team.

Duties:

- Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks on products to maintain high standards
- Use equipment to assist in manufacturing and assembling blinds
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Understand and follow manufacturing process and ensure precise work

Experience:

- Some experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards
- Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a sewing machine an asset




- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Good command of the English Language, written and oral proficiency required
- Ability to measure materials accurately in imperial form and use power tools in a safe manner

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
