We are seeking a reliable, organized and highly trustworthy Residential House Manager & Property Support skilled to maintain a private residence and assist with the cleaning and upkeep of several business locations.

This hands-on position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming and well-maintained spaces. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing changing priorities and providing dependable support across both residential and business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Property Care

- Complete routine and deep cleaning at the private residence and designated business locations
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas and other assigned spaces
- Complete laundry, linen changes, ironing and household organization
- Monitor and restock household and cleaning supplies
- Identify maintenance or repair concerns and report them promptly
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization and discretion

Meal Preparation and Errands

- Plan and prepare simple, healthy household meals
- Purchase groceries and household supplies
- Maintain grocery lists and monitor food inventory
- Complete occasional household errands, pickups and deliveries

Outdoor Property Maintenance

- Complete seasonal yard maintenance, including watering, weeding and light gardening
- Maintain outdoor living areas and entrances
- Complete light snow removal and seasonal property cleanup
- Coordinate or report larger landscaping and maintenance needs

Pet Care

- Feed and provide daily care for household pets




- Walk pets and maintain clean pet areas
- Assist with veterinary, grooming or other pet-related appointments when required
- Provide attentive and dependable care when the owners are away

Qualifications

- Previous experience in residential housekeeping, property management, hospitality or a similar role is preferred
- Strong cleaning, organization and time-management skills
- Comfortable preparing meals and following dietary instructions
- Comfortable caring for pets and completing outdoor work
- Able to work independently and move between multiple locations
- Physically able to complete cleaning, lifting and seasonal outdoor tasks
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Willing to provide a satisfactory criminal record check and references
- First aid certification is considered an asset
