We are looking for a Lead Carpenter with following skills and qualifications:

- Must have knowledge and experience in residential construction
- Minimum of 5 yrs Carpentry experience
- Knowledge or experience in framing and finish carpentry
- Ability to lead on-site team through renovation process while being a hands on carpenter




- Knowledge and experience in custom homes, additions and renovations
- Ability to read, understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to coordinate sub-trade scheduling
- Participate in site meetings with architects and clients
- Reporting any challenges or issues to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Must have driver’s license and own vehicle
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Own carpentry tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
