Are you passionate about powersports, boats, and delivering exceptional quality? We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Detailer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our powersports vehicles and marine equipment are cleaned, polished, and prepared to the highest standards for customer delivery and showroom display

THE COMPANY:

Martin Motor Sports is a leading recreational and powersports dealer group with locations across Western Canada. We specialize in the sale, service, and support of premium powersports products, including BRP brands (such as Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am), along with marine and other recreational equipment.

In addition to our retail and dealership operations, Martin Motor Sports has a growing e-commerce presence, allowing us to support customers both in-store and online. We are committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience, supported by knowledgeable teams and strong operational support across all locations.

THE POSITION:

· Wash, clean, and detail powersports vehicles, boats, trailers, and related equipment.

· Vacuum, steam clean, and maintain interior surfaces.

· Polish, wax, and apply protective coatings as required.

· Inspect units for cleanliness and presentation before customer delivery.

· Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and supplies.

· Keep the detailing area, yard, and facility clean and organized.





· Assist with moving inventory and equipment as needed.

· Support the Sales and Service teams with unit preparation and presentation.

· Assist in yard and branch cleanliness as directed.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Previous detailing experience in automotive, marine, RV, or powersports industries is an asset.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license is required.

Working Conditions

- Work is frequently physically demanding and in a variety of weather conditions, including sun and heat.
- Exposure to detailing chemicals, cleaning solvents, and loud equipment (like buffers and pressure washers
