What You'll Be Doing

As a Licensed Plumber with Jumbo Plumbing, you'll diagnose problems, provide professional solutions and complete high-quality plumbing work for our customers.

Your work may include:

- Diagnosing residential plumbing problems
- Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures, piping, valves and equipment
- Drain cleaning and sewer troubleshooting
- Sewer and drain repairs
- Operating drain and sewer equipment, including jetters
- Running or assisting with sewer excavation projects
- Reading and interpreting plans, schematics and job specifications
- Repairing and replacing water lines, drainage systems and plumbing components
- Communicating options clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Completing work to code and Jumbo's workmanship standards
- Maintaining a clean, professional work area and leaving customers' homes better than you found them
- Working alongside and helping develop apprentices and newer technicians

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in both their work and the way they represent themselves and their company.

You should have:

- A valid Journeyperson/Journeywoman Plumber licence or equivalent recognized trade qualification
- Strong plumbing service and diagnostic experience
- Experience with residential plumbing
- Drain and sewer experience is a strong asset




- Experience with sewer digs and jetting equipment is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
- A professional appearance and attitude
- A valid driver's licence
- A desire to continue learning and improving
- The ability to work independently while still being part of a team
