Job Title: Labourer – Septic Installation (with Equipment Operation)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our septic installation team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily site tasks and be capable of operating excavation equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation and replacement of residential and commercial septic systems
- Operate machinery such as mini excavators, skid steers, and compaction equipment
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Perform trenching, grading, and site prep work
- Install tanks, pipes, and distribution systems according to site plans
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and work well with the crew
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance

Qualifications:

- Experience operating excavation equipment (mini ex, skid steer, etc.)




- Valid driver’s license (DZ license is an asset)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various weather conditions
- Ability to read site plans is an asset
- Willingness to travel throughout Simcoe County, York Region, Kawarthas, and Georgian Bay

Schedule:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Overtime as needed

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
