The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Specialist to join our team. Because you will be handling premium, highly technical cycling gear daily, an intimate knowledge of bikes, bike parts, and the cycling world is hugely beneficial and will help you truly excel in this role.

You will balance active physical warehouse operations with essential computer-based logistics, coordinate international shipments, ensure flawless order fulfillment for our online Canadian market, and deliver expert, authentic customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Inventory Coordination

International Logistics: Coordinate and efficiently arrange inbound shipping logistics for products imported from Italy and Hong Kong, as well as managing outbound freight.

Inventory Control: Organize, systematically track, and manage warehouse inventory—including specialized bike accessories, eyewear,



and apparel. Perform regular stock-taking (cycle counts) to ensure accuracy.

Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, protected, and highly efficient warehouse environment.

Order Fulfillment & Tech Operations

E-Commerce Dispatch: Process online sales orders for the Canadian market, generate accurate shipping labels, and meticulously package high-end gear for damage-free, timely dispatch.

Systems Utilization: Work comfortably on digital platforms, using shipping software, email systems, and basic inventory tracking tools to keep operations running smoothly.

️ Customer Care & Collaboration

Resolution Management: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Having a strong baseline knowledge of bike gear will allow you to answer product-specific questions and offer top-tier support.

Team Collaboration: Maintain a adaptable attitude and a willingness to learn and support other areas of the business as we scale.

Pay is $20/hr (depending on experience)
